Montclair Township is proactive in maintaining and expanding its affordable housing inventory. The Township has retained Acuity Consulting Services to serve as the Administrative Agent responsible for managing the 120+ affordable housing units created through the Township’s affordable housing programs. One of Acuity’s primary roles is to maintain the Township’s Affordable Housing Waiting List. As new affordable units come online or currently occupied units become available, Acuity Consulting Services will contact the next applicant on the waiting list whose household size, income, and residency matches the unit type. Applicants must be under the maximum income limit for the available unit and meet other criteria established by State Law. View Income Limit Eligibility here.
