Public Hearing: Unified Land Use & Circulation Element of Master Plan

The Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing to amend the Unified Land Use and Circulation Element of the Master Plan to adopt the new Sustainability + Resilience Amendment. 

The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 20 at 7 pm, at the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building (205 Claremont Ave). The public is invited to attend.  Copies of the plan amendment are available at the Office of the Township Clerks or at the Department of Planning and Community Development at 205 Claremont Avenue.  The document can be viewed below or downloaded through the following link: Montclair Sustainability & Resilience Amendment with Appendix (Draft Sept 2025)(PDF, 55MB)
