The Township is awaiting the County's certification of the 2026 tax rate and cannot calculate final tax amounts until it is received. As a result, the mailing of tax bills is delayed. The standard 10-day grace period will be extended, and the revised deadline will be printed on your tax bill. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Boards and Commissions are standing bodies established by the Township Council. Most are established by ordinance, which outlines the purpose and duties of the various boards and commissions. There are current vacancies with several boards and commissions, including the newly re-established Arts Advisory Committee (established via Resolution R-25-103).
Boards and Commissions are a crucial way to provide citizen input and advice to the Mayor & Council, and are a great way for residents to get involved to help make Montclair a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
